Greg & Adel have a very small back yard. Their side yard is big enough for a baseball diamond or football field, but their
fenced-in back yard is very small. Greg decided he was tired of dragging the mower into the back yard to mow the little grass he
had there, and he had always wanted a pond, so we designed something that would ultimately leave Adel (the gardener) just
enough room for some plants.
When we started, it looked like this . . . . .

When we finished, it looked like this . . . . .

And now, with the addition of water plants and some landscaping, it looks like this . . . . .

Quite a change from the little lawn that once occupied this
space. In the picture directly above, you can see Goldie,
Greg's large, yellow koi. I'd love to be able to tell you how
many hours Greg sits out by the pond in the summer, but I
think he's lost track. Let's just say that if Adel needs to find
him, she knows where to look!
